Utsav Collectionz – Terms & Cancellation Policy
1. Order Process

Orders are placed during our Facebook Live sessions when customers claim items displayed by the host.

Claimed items are considered confirmed orders and reserved under the customer's name.

Within 24–72 hours after the session, invoices are generated and shared via message or email.
2. Payment Terms

Payment is due within 7 days from the date the invoice is issued.

Accepted payment methods include Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, and Credit Cards (subject to applicable processing fees).

Orders will be shipped only after full payment is received.
3. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once the invoice has been issued.
This policy ensures fairness to all customers and allows us to manage inventory efficiently.

If payment is not received within 7 days, Utsav Collectionz reserves the right to cancel or resell the reserved items without notice.
4. Returns & Credits

Returns are accepted only if items are damaged upon delivery or incorrectly shipped, and must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with photo evidence.

If a return is approved, store credit may be issued at the discretion of Utsav Collectionz. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Store credits cannot be refunded as cash and are valid toward future purchases only.
5. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve all concerns in a respectful and timely manner. Customers must provide supporting documentation (photos, messages, etc.) when raising an issue.

By claiming items during live sales and receiving an invoice, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms.
