Utsav Collectionz – Terms & Cancellation Policy


1. Order Process

  • Orders are placed during our Facebook Live sessions when customers claim items displayed by the host.
  • Claimed items are considered confirmed orders and reserved under the customer's name.
  • Within 24–72 hours after the session, invoices are generated and shared via message or email.

2. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due within 7 days from the date the invoice is issued.
  • Accepted payment methods include Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, and Credit Cards (subject to applicable processing fees).
  • Orders will be shipped only after full payment is received.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be canceled once the invoice has been issued.
    This policy ensures fairness to all customers and allows us to manage inventory efficiently.
  • If payment is not received within 7 days, Utsav Collectionz reserves the right to cancel or resell the reserved items without notice.

4. Returns & Credits

  • Returns are accepted only if items are damaged upon delivery or incorrectly shipped, and must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with photo evidence.
  • If a return is approved, store credit may be issued at the discretion of Utsav Collectionz. Refunds are not guaranteed.
  • Store credits cannot be refunded as cash and are valid toward future purchases only.

5. Dispute Resolution

  • We aim to resolve all concerns in a respectful and timely manner. Customers must provide supporting documentation (photos, messages, etc.) when raising an issue.
  • By claiming items during live sales and receiving an invoice, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms.
